2 Chainz stopped by The Wendy Williams Show on Monday to promote his ColleGrove joint LP with Lil’ Wayne. The Atlanta rapper/mogul discussed dropping the album as a surprise, his relationship with Weezy and Cash Money, doing GQ’s Most Expensivest Shit, fatherhood, his T.R.U. Foundation and Dabbin’ Santa sweaters, and the murder of Bankroll Fresh last weekend in Atlanta.
“He was an authentic rapper, trap rapper from Atlanta,” 2 Chainz tells Wendy about Fresh, who was signed to his Street Execs company. “[He] touched many of lives, light up every room he went to. It was super unfortunate, super unneccesary, super senseless, and it just made me want to step up and use my platform for more positivity and everything else.”
